Household Paper Enzyme, Reduce Pulping Energy Consumption

Besthway Household Paper Enzyme is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology. It can make the fiber in the pulp to achieve full water absorption and wetting up and filament broom, so that the fiber soft thickening, so that the loose thickness of the paper has increased, and improve the softness. At the same time with fine fiber polymerization, paper machine production line purification effect.

Product Functions

• It could loosen the cell wall, fiber run-up, and promote fiber filamentation;
• It could degrade xylan, increase pulp matrix gap, and prevent xylan from secondary deposition;
• It could increase hydrogen bonding, improve strength, and water filtration performance;
• It could reduce pulping energy consumption;
• It could increase the softness of paper and improve the longitudinal tensile strength;
• It could improve the thickness of paper;
• It could strip rotting pulp, clean production, reduce downtime to make the pulp more loose, and is easy to copy.

Application Scheme

• Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg/T of paper pulp. It could be added to the hydro pulper, either continuously or intermittently. Acting time is more than 45 minutes;
• Depending on the production system and raw materials, the adding place and amount can be adjusted accordingly.

Package and Storage

Solid Product: 25kg/bag Liquid Product: 30L/barrel

It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.

Note

• After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
• Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;

People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
